Our Tenant Tracing service is offered on a no find, no fee basis for a one-off fee of £149 including VAT.

This means no fee is payable unless we successfully locate the tenant.

​

Once the person has been successfully traced, the £149 fee becomes due and we will then provide a report.

​

Before we can release the report, we will need to see a copy of the signed tenancy agreement to confirm the legitimacy of the instruction and the connection to the matter.

​

The search will be concluded within 5 working days.
