- 05Yes. You must be 18 or over to use this website or purchase any service from We Locate People.

- 07For family member, old friend and former colleague tracing, we do not simply hand over a current address. These searches are often sensitive and personal, so our process is designed to be more careful and respectful. If the person is found, we first confirm current circumstances and then explain the next step based on the service you have purchased.
- 08That is very common. Many clients come to us with only a name, an approximate age, a last known area, or a few details from family members or old contacts. Limited information does not automatically mean a search cannot be successful.
- 09This is something we hear regularly, especially in family tracing cases. You may never have met them, may only know part of their name, or may have very little information to work with. These are all common starting points, and we understand how important these searches can be.
- 10Online searches and social media can sometimes help, but they are often incomplete, outdated or misleading. A professional tracing service gives you a clearer process, more focused searching, and a more structured approach to tracing and next steps.
- 11Yes. We understand that many tracing cases are personal and emotional, so every enquiry is handled with care, discretion and professionalism.
