Our family tracing service starts at £299 for a UK search, payable upfront, to begin the search for your family member.
This payment is non-refundable and covers part of the research, tracing, and case handling costs involved in locating your person.
Once we successfully locate your person, we will provide you with a background report confirming their current circumstances, giving you clarity and peace of mind before any further steps are taken.
When you are ready, we will then make contact with them on your behalf.
When they are open to contact, a second payment of £299 is then processed and we will move forward with connecting you.
If they do not want contact for any reason, we will always respect their wishes. In that situation, we will inform you of the outcome, but no second payment will be taken.
Under no circumstance will we provide you with a current address without consent.
